I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University, working with Cassidy R. Sugimoto.
My research examines how scientific discovery, knowledge production, and research careers are shaped by technological change, institutional policies, and career structures. I use large-scale publication, funding, peer review, and career data to study innovation, evaluation, inequality, and organizational decision-making in science.
I received my Ph.D. in Information (2026) and M.S. in Computer Sciences (2024) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I was a core member of the Metascience Research Lab. I also hold an M.A. in Education and dual bachelor's degrees from Tsinghua University.
